1. Service

WebGPT (webgpt.biz) provides access to large language models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI via a credit-based system. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Credits and billing

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per request. 1 credit = £0.01. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use WebGPT to generate illegal content, attempt to circumvent safety systems, or resell API access. Abuse may result in suspension without refund.

4. Limitation of liability

WebGPT is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the value of credits held in your account.

5. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We store your messages to provide conversational context and for moderation. We do not sell your data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
